This blog is now dead

Dear readers,

I have lost all interest in Sarah Palin and I hope that this woman will never come back to haunt my nightmares.

I also hope that this blog will remain a short and succinct reminder of what the Sarah Palin machine really is: a no-good populist politician, which, unfortunately for her, can't be trusted at the head of the world's superpower. She could mistakenly press the nuke button thinking it's an elevator button or something.

If you liked my abrasive writing, you can follow me on my numerous other blogs, linked somewhere around here, or on my Montreal nightlife site or my Montreal new years site.

Thank you for your attention and have a good night.

Levi Johnston, line-backed by the Palin political pain train

If there is one person that got the worst end of the deal in the whole Palin fiasco, that's gotta be Levi Johnston, the now-famous dad of Bristol Palin's child, Bristol herself the child of abstinence and traditional value peddling Sarah Palin (talk about hypocrisy here).

So, unfortunately for the young men, he has pretty much gotten himself stuck between a rock and a hard place: on one side the media has ridiculed him pretty much to oblivion, and the Palin family has used him (during the campaign, when he showed up on the trail and plaid along as the future husband to be of Bristol Palin) and then pretty much thrown him away like a dirty old rag. By "thrown him away" I am not talking about his failed relationship with Bristol (that's private stuff between adults) but I am talking about all the denying and covering-up that the Palin political train has orchestrated since the young man is no longer needed as a future-husband-to-be. Sad story, but hear it in his own words:

And here is the young man getting destroyed on TV (kind of insensitive actually, and they even made a web site about him Free Levi)

Now however, if he is smart, he can turn the table around and use the brainless American media and its sensationalist covering of anything that is relationship and sexual related, and exploit all this negative publicity to his advantage: it is time for "him" (and a real writer) to sit down and write his story in a book, and then go on a book tour, star in all morning TV shows, and make some cash. And if he is lucky, he could jump from morning TV shows to acting, and from there the possibilities are limitless. Long live the American dream (just make sure you knock-up the right person).

Obama Girl stars in "Sarah Palin"

Obama Girl, the YouTube's election sensation, has released a spoof trailer for a movie on Sarah Palin's life. Obama Girl doesn't seem in a hurry to retire her election-related character, but that's ok by us. So here is the spoof trailer:

David Letterman's video magic

Here is a funny montage on some of the shots Letterman's took on Sarah Palin; it's just amazingly hilarious.

When you can't even teach your kids the principles our preach

I am going to be blunt about it, but in my opinion that's the truth. Sarah Palin is a bad parent, not because she does not take care of her children, which I am sure she does well (or at least I hope), but because she has failed to educate them, at least the oldest one. One of the parents fundamental role, apart from providing food and shelter, is providing education. And Palin has failed in that sense: all and every teenagers should know and be informed about the responsibilities and consequences of sex, and it seems her daughter wasn't. Wasn't at all. That's plain pathetic. Read the story on Bristol Palin's interview on CNN here, and ponder the significance of "Abstinence for all teens 'not realistic'".

Poor turkeys and funny kids

Today I discovered an interview of Sarah Palin, chillin while poor turkeys are getting slaughtered. Check out the video at around 1:50, the turkey is fighting for its life, shaking the whole killing apparatus. Who the hell were the PR and the strategists for this woman? Some kind of high school drop-outs or what?

Here is how the interview really went, before the TV networks censored it:

Sarah's Greatest Hits

Seems like other people are doing the same I want to do with this blog, but in a way more effective way, just slapping it all together in a single video.

I couldn't listen to it all in one shot, it was just too much, it overwhelmed me.

So here it is, Sarah Palin's greatest hits. Got to be the shortest most prolific political career EVER:
